Homework:

Continue to find ways to incorporate protein each time you eat as well as work on hydration.  In addition, take the first few days to determine where you are with fiber intake.  If you are below 25 for women 35 for men, start looking for ways to increase that intake slowly.  Let me know if you need any assistance with tracking this.  The best ways to increase your fiber intake is adding in vegetables, grains, legumes, beans, and fruits. 

In addition to the above habits, you can also think about adding a leisurely walk following each meal.  5 minutes is a good place to start.

Keep doing your Acceptance Rampage daily and as often as you want.

Add in your touchstones

Ideal for this week: 12 min at the start of the day, 5 min in the middle of the day or before something hard, 5 min at the end of the day to prepare for sleep.

Ideal may or may not work for you, find what works and remember the best way to add new habits is to stack it with something else you already do on autopilot.
